Shipping methods, costs and delivery time
The ordered goods are usually given to the courier within 48 hours of receiving the payment.
We use the express courier Bartolini and GLS to ship our products.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours. Any orders made by the Customer at the weekend shall be processed the following Monday.
To keep track of the delivery, please use the tracking number received by email when the order was confirmed, or request it by writing to the following address: helpdesk@foodness.it
For any destinations known as “remote areas”, such as small mountain hamlets or towns with a poor industrial infrastructure, the delivery times might be slightly longer than the guidelines.
The shipping cost varies based on the amount of goods in the order.
Please note that during promotional periods and over Christmas, there might be slight delays in processing new orders.
For orders placed by new Customers, Foodness Spa reserves the right to run cross-checks between the Company that issued the credit card and the Customer’s Credit Institute in order to check that the transaction will be successful and the ordered goods can therefore be shipped. This procedure might cause slight delays when shipping the first order.
Conditions of Return
Within fifteen (15) working days from the delivery date, the customer may request to return any product, including those on offer, if they are not satisfied with the purchase made.
The customer is responsible for the costs incurred returning the product
Generally speaking, before any requests are accepted, Foodness Spa shall ensure that the products to be returned are in the same condition as when they were received, i.e.:
- they must not have been opened, used or damaged;
- they must be returned in their original packaging;
The products to be returned must be given to the courier within five (5) working days from the date the return was notified to Foodness. The check of the integrity of the product might require up to 5 working days.
Foodness Spa reserves the right to refuse any unauthorised returns or when shipped late.
- THE STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Please send us your request to return the product by writing to the following email address helpdesk@foodness.it indicating:
- order number;
- the item that you wish to return;
- the reason;
- the desired compensation method from those provided below;
- your contact details.
Please then wait for Foodness Spa to acknowledge the request sent and authorise the return;
Please prepare the goods to be returned, once authorisation has been received.
The customer is free to use any courier to return the indicated products.
REFUND METHODS:
- CREDIT CARD: for orders paid by credit card, the amount shall be cancelled by our systems and returned to the customer’s account according to the times set by the bank that issued the card (generally the following month).
- PAYPAL: For orders paid by PayPal, the refund shall be made directly to the PayPal account.
REFUND TIMES:
Foodness Spa shall refund the entire amount paid to purchase the products, excluding any transport costs, within the timeframe established by law (within 14 days from receipt of the return) and provided that the Products have been returned in accordance with the provisions above.
In particular:
- REFUNDS TO CREDIT CARDS: the transaction shall be cancelled by our systems approximately within 14 working days from receipt of the return. The time required for the refund to appear on the account may vary and depends on the bank that issued the card. Please therefore contact your bank.
- REFUNDS TO PAYPAL: the refund shall be made within 14 days from receipt of the return.
