INGREDIENTS
- 10 cups of Ginseng and Matcha Foodness
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon of agar agar (or 1 sheet of gelatine)
- fresh raspberries
PROCEDURE
Add the Ginseng and Matcha Foodness to the agar agar and mix well. Bring to a boil and cook for at least 2-3 minutes over medium heat, stirring with a whisk. Remove from heat and divide the pudding between the various cups. Let cool completely at room temperature then place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Before serving the puddings, complete with fresh raspberries.
